This study aims to find out about the policies adopted by Russia on North Korea that test missiles and trigger conflicts on the Korean peninsula. This long-standing conflict is a conflict involving countries in East Asia such as Japan, South Korea and North Korea. The subject of this research is the attitude and the Policy of Russia and the object of this research is North Korea during Kim Jong Un's leadership. Discussion of this research started from the Russia as a super power country in the world after that is about North Korea from the beginning of this country formed up to the conflict with neighboring South Korea which became the forerunner of conflict on the Korean Peninsula. The study ends with an analysis of Russia's policy on North Korean missile launches. The study concludes that Russia's policy is againts with missile launched by North Korea. And Russia take the action to put their Army to the border at East Russia and with China held a military joint exercise
