PENGARUH PERSEPSI KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN KUALITAS PRODUK TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN TOKO RITEL CARREFOUR DI YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and product quality to customers satisfaction on retail store Carrefour. The subject of this study were UMY studens who had buy once time on retail store Carrefour on 6 moths earlier. On this study will using 138 sample respondens were selected using purposive sampling and judment sampling. This study will using SPSS as the analysis tool.
Based on analysis that have been made the result are the service quality and product quality simultaneously positifly and sicnificantly influence customer satisfactions, the service quality positifly and significantly influence customer satisfactions, the product quality positifly and signifaicantly influence customer satisfaction
