PENGARUH CITRA NEGARA ASAL, PENGETAHUAN PRODUK, DAN KETERLIBATAN PRODUK TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN SMARTPHONE SAMSUNG
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of perceive product quality, Country Of Origin Image, Product Knowledge, Product Involvement toward to purchasing decisions of Smartphone Samsung on Yogyakarta. In this study the Sampel obtained as many as 130 respondents selected by using purposive sampling method with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression and use validity test, reliability test, t test, F test, and determination using SPSS 22 application.
Based on the analysis that has been done: (1) Country of origin image has a unsignificantly positive effect towards to purchase decision of Smartphone Samsung. (2) product knowledge has a significantly positive effect on purch decision of Smartphone Samsung. (3) product involvement has a positive and significant impact on purch decision of Smartphone Samsung.
