This study aims to test and prove empirically the influence of budget arrangement participation, leadership style, organizational culture and good government goverance on the performance of local government in SKPD of Kulon Progo Regency. This study uses survey research. Population in this study is all SKPD in Kulon Progo Regency amounting to 25 SKPD. The sampling techinique in this research is done by purposive sampling with yhe existence of certain criterion applied. The sample in this study is a stuctural officer who occupy the position as head of section, head of field, head of sub section, head of sub field, head of division, and treasurer in SKPD Kulon Progo Regency totaling 184 respondents. The type of the data used in this study are primary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires were distributed directly to 184 respondents, with questionnaiers that can be processed as many as 169 questionnaires. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple regresiontest with t test, F test an coefficient of determination. The data collected were analyzed by testing the quality of instruments and the data is then testing hypothesis with SPSS for windows version 15.0. Based on the result of the analysis that has been done shows that the influence of budget arrangement participation has a positive and significant impact on the performance of local government, leadership style has positive and significant impacr on the performance of local government, organizational culture has positive and insignificant impact on the performance of local government, and the last good government governance has a positive and significant impact on the performance of local government
