This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, discipline and training employees on performance of employees at PDAM Puwa Tirta Dharma into the town of Purwodadi. The subjects in this study were both PDAM Purwa Tirta Dharma Purwodadi city who has attended training. And the sample used in this study amounted to 150 employees. Sampling using a purposive sampling method. The method of multiple Linear Regression analysis using with the help of software IBM SPSS. 22. Based on the analysis conducted by the researchers retrieved results, that Transformational Leadership is positive and significant effect on performance of employees, Disciplined Work a positive and significant effect on performance of employees as well as Employee training is also positive and significant effect on performance of employees.
