PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PABRIK GULA MOJO SRAGEN
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the impact of work environment, transformational
leadership style, and discipline work toward the employee performance of PG.
Mojo Sragen. The respondents of this study are the permanent employees of PG.
Mojo Sragen, and 45 employees are the samples that are taken by using
Purposive Sampling. The analytical tool used is IBM SPSS 21 Multiple Linear
Regression.
Based on the analysis that is done by the researcher, work environment has the positive and significant impact toward the employee performance,
transformational leadership style brings the positive and significant impact, and
discipline work gives the positive and significant impact as well
