Because with the opportunities that make a motivation to make an plastic bottle machine or blow molding machine with system blowing air. The pressure air on blowing process (100℃) equal to 7 bar.
On injection blowing tools, there are two basic components, that one injection blowing tools that to deliver the high pressure air from the compressor to bottle preform and that two line slider wich is responsible for moving the mold cavity when the injection process on work and done. And on injection tools using materials form aluminium-alloy 4032 because that materials is esay to machining low price and that was contained of Al, Si 12,5%, Mg, Cu, Ni. And than on the holder injector and blowpin part used form material stainless steel 304 with a power of 515 MPa.
In injection blowing tools for the process to connecting componenents is using two type with welding joint thats to fillest with average heigh of 3 mm to welding neck and using electroda RD-260 which belong group E6013 with maximum limit of 60 Ksi and thats two connection with bolt and nuts which average form material SS304 with size M6 to M16. In injection process, the ratio of blowing up on the process (BUR) equal to 4 with preform lenght 99 mm, thickness 2 mm, and with internal diameter 26 mm
