This study aimed to analyze the effect of risk profile proxied by Non Performing Loan (NPL), GCG, earning that the indicator is operational cost and capital proxied by CAR on bank growth profit.The object is conventional bank listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2012-2016. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study were 22 conventional bank. Data analysis in this study using multiple linier regression with software IBM Statistics SPSS 21.0. The result of this study prove that risk profile has negative and significant effect on growth profit. GCG has positive and significant effect on growth profit. Earninghas negative and significant effect on growth profit. Capital has no signficant effect on growth profit.
