The background of CSR program Mangrove Process Entreoreneurship Training in Patra Bina Mandiri Group Kampung Laut 2017 is according to the condition of Ujung Alang Kampung Laut people and the potential of Mangrove in Segara Anakan. The aim of this study is to know and evaluate the stages of CSR program implementation that carried out from the preparation, implementation and impact that may caused from the existence of this program. The evaluation model used are preparation, implementation, and impact (PII). This study used qualitative research method. This study is place in Head Office PT Pertamina (Persero) Refinery Unit IV Cilacap, Communication and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Function. The source of the data from the interview with the informants from the implementer and the recipients program, also corporate documents. The data validity test used triangulasi source to compare and check back the degree of confidence of the information gained through different times and tools in qualitative methods. The result of the evaluation used PII evaluation model showed that the program implementation in the preparation stages has a weakness in the adequacy of background information to design the program. The implementation stage also has weaknesses, that are the messages sent to the media by the implementer and the number of messages placed by the media. Whereas, the weakness in impact stage is the number of people who repeat the behavior or habits.
