PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and organizational culture on employee engagement at Nissan Datsun Bantul. The information gained from this research is useful for the company in order to increase the level of employee engage to the company as well as how the application of organizational culture and job powers so that employee engage level is increasing. The subjects used in this research are all employees of Nissan Datsun Bantul.
The sampling technique used in this research was census method, where the respondents were all members of the population. Data collection using questioner and obtained 46 respondents. data analysis using Statistical Pakage for the Social Sciences (SPSS) as an analytical tool in this study. The result of this research shows that job satisfaction has positive and significant influence to employee enngagement. Organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on employee engagement. job satisfaction and organizational culture together have a positive and significant influence on employee engagement.
