This research aims to analyze the influence of profitability, liquidity, leverage, institutional ownership and managerial ownership of dividend policy on manufacturing companies located in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013 -2016 period. This research is the empirical research with the technique of purposive sampling in the collection of data. The data obtained from secondary data annual report 143 manufacturing companies that are registered in the IDX in the year 2013-2016. Data analysis done with double linier regression. The appliance is used SPSS analysis.21. The test result shows that the profitability of the positive and significant effect of dividend policy. While liquidity and leverage significant negative effect of dividend policy. Then institutional ownership and managerial ownership is not significant effect of dividend policy.
