This research examined the influence of cash conversion cycle, leverage, and growth opportunity to cash holdings. The research objects were basic industry and chemicals companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2014-2016. The selected samples using purposive sampling consisted of 129 samples. The analysis tool used in this research was multiple linear regression with Eviews 7 as the analytical application. The results obtained in this study are: 1) cash conversion cycle has no effects on cash holdings, 2) leverage has a significantly negative effect on cash holdings, 3) growth opportunity has a significantly positive effect on cash holdings.
