The procedure for the application of Nursing Management theory, Triad epidemiological theory, CSHM, and FCN are firstly by defining the variable in each theory that are match with nursing process through assessment into evaluation related to nursing care for injury in school age children. The mixed of variables in these theories are used as a frame work to guide nursing care practice. The result shows that Nursing Management theory used to describe the magnitude of the injury problem and guiding to formulate an intervention including planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling. Triad epidemiological can completely describes the distribution and determinant of injury problem. CSHM asa broader framework to guide for community nurse to do the community nursing process especially in school setting through assessment into evaluation program.
