This research is conducted for the very purpose of knowing the influence of business risk, assets structure, profitability and firm size on capital structure. Manufacture companies listed on Indonesian stock exchange for the period of 2010-2014 are chosen to be the objects of the research. Using purposive sampling method, the number of objects to 44 companies from a total of 124 observed companies. The data are analyzed with multiple linear regression. The result of the Research it self are as such; firm size gives negative influence and is significant on capital structure, assets structure gives positive influence and is significant on capital structure, profitability gives negative influence and is significant on capital structure, growth gives positive influence and is significant on capital structure, and liquidity gives negative influence and is significant on capital structure
