      Abstract
      High Alert Medication is a drug that is often taken lightly so often ignored in management. But these drugs may be at high risk for serious error occurred even result in death if the handling is not cared for properly. Thus in its storage needs to be adjusted to the standards of high alert medication storage that applicable Accreditation Standards of 2012nd Version compiled by KARS. This should be done to improve the safety of patients that treated in every hospital, especially PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital which is of type C and is currently in the stage of accreditation to raise the hospital’s status. Service unit that much high alert medication use compared to the other units is ICU, IGD, and OK. Therefore this research aims to know the implementation of compliance standard of high alert medication’s storage in PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital based on Accreditation Standars of 2012nd Version. This type of research is qualitative method. Data collection techniques are used namely passive participation observation refers to Accreditation Standards checklist version of 2012. The result of the percentage of standard fulfillment obtained from observations made on drug storage room in ICU, IGD and OK service units were 96%, 93%, and 93%. Of the three results show the fulfillment of standards based on Accreditation Standard Version 2012 on the three service units is "Fully Achieved".
