This study aims to analyze the influence of industrial work experience and multimedia competence on the readiness of class XII students of multimedia expertise program SMK Negeri 1 Banjar. The sample used is the class XII students of multimedia expertise program SMK Negeri 1 Banjar with population method. In this study used primary data collection by filling out questionnaires by respondents. Total respondents who studied amounted to 70 multimedia students. Validity test and reliability test are used to test the quality of the instrument. Normality test, multicolonierity test, heterosidaktisitas test, and linearity test are used to test data analysis. Hypothesis test using multiple linear regression test with 5% significance level, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. This research data processing using IBM software SPSS 22. The results of this study indicate that the Industrial Work Practice Experience has a positive effect on Student Work Readiness XII Class Program Multimedia Expertise SMK Negeri 1 Banjar Lesson 2017/2018. Then Multimedia Competence has a positive effect on Student Work Readiness Class XII Multimedia Skills Program SMK Negeri 1 Banjar Lesson 2017/2018.
