STUDI ANALISA INDEKS KEANDALAN PADA PEMBANGKIT LISTRIK TENAGA HIBRID (PLTH) PANTAI BARU PANDANSIMO MENGGUNAKAN PERHITUNGAN EENS (EXPECTED ENERGY NOT SUPPLIED)
Abstract
Reliability is very important in the distribution of electricity. With a reliable distribution system then the level of continuity of service distribution system will be guaranteed. Reliability value can be calculated by various methods, one of them by using Expected Energy Not Supplied index (unpublished energy expectation). Frequent system failure (FOR) is one of the factors that determine the reliability of a generating system. Minor disturbances will make the possibility of losing the load is also small and make the reliability level to be high. At Hybrid Power Plants of Pantai Baru, the value of Expected Energy Not Supplied (EENS) is 107 kWh / year or 0.8964% in 2017. This is not in accordance with the predetermined National Electricity Market (NEM) standard that is <0.002% / year.
