| dc.description | Keandalan adalah hal yang sangat penting dalam penyaluran tenaga listrik. Dengan sistem distribusi yang handal maka tingkat kontinuitas pelayanan sistem distribusi akan terjamin. Nilai keandalan dapat dihitung dengan berbagai macam metode, salah satunya dengan menggunakan indeks Expected Energy Not Supplied (ekspektasi energi yang tidak tersuplai). Sering tidaknya sistem mengalami gangguan (FOR) adalah salah satu faktor yang menentukan tingkat keandalan dari suatu sistem pembangkit. Gangguan yang kecil akan akan membuat kemungkinan kehilangan beban juga kecil dan membuat tingkat keandalan menjadi tinggi. Pada Pembangkit Listirk Tenaga Hibrid (PLTH) Pantai Baru didapatkan nilai Expected Energy Not Supplied (EENS) sebesar 107 kWh/tahun atau 0.8964%. Hal ini tidak sesuai standar National Electricity Market (NEM) yang sudah ditetapkan yaitu < 0.002 % /tahun. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Reliability is very important in the distribution of electricity. With a reliable distribution system then the level of continuity of service distribution system will be guaranteed. Reliability value can be calculated by various methods, one of them by using Expected Energy Not Supplied index (unpublished energy expectation). Frequent system failure (FOR) is one of the factors that determine the reliability of a generating system. Minor disturbances will make the possibility of losing the load is also small and make the reliability level to be high. At Hybrid Power Plants of Pantai Baru, the value of Expected Energy Not Supplied (EENS) is 107 kWh / year or 0.8964% in 2017.
