PENGARUH STORE ATMOSPHERE TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN DAN KEPUASAN PELANGGAN
Abstract
This research has aim to investigate the influence of Store Atmosphere on purchasing decision and customers’ satisfaction at Fadhilah Fashion store in Bekasi. The respondents of this research are costumers who has bought there for three times in a month. In this research, there were 100 repondents. The research used purposive sampling method. The instrument that was used by writer was Simple Linear Regression.Based on analysis, there is finding that Store Atmosphere has significant influence on purchasing decision and customers’ satisfaction. The second, purchasing decision also has significant influence on customers’ satisfaction.
