The study aims to analysyze the Influence of profitabilities, institutional ownership and dividend policy to debt policy on manufacturing companies listed in BEI for period 2012 – 2016. This study used purposive sampling method in order to collect the sample, there were 42 manufacturing companies that matched with the sample. The analysis used in this study was multiple regression. The result showed that profitabilities has the negative significant affect to debt policy, institutional ownership has negative and un-significant to debt policy, and dividend policy has positive significant to debt policy.
