PERBAIKAN BETON DENGAN METODE GROUTING MENGGUNAKAN VARIASI BAHAN TAMBAH SEMEN GROUT
Abstract
Concrete is one of the materials that must exist in the construction. From time to
time the use of concrete to the contruction will crack. Therefore, it is necessary to
repair and maintain the building contruction by providing reinforcement or adding
certain materials to the building structure. One of the methods can be used in the
concrete improvement is grouting method. This research studies about the effect
of cement material on the concrete compressive strength at 7 , 14 and 28 days
which have been improved and compared the cement water factor which used for
cement grout injection. The results show that the average compressive strength
before repaired is 32.01 MPa and after 7 , 14 and 28 days are 33.12 MPa, 21.85
MPa, and 24.99 MPa. The cement water factor mixture which can be used is 0.28
and 0.26 because both increase after 14 days with compressive strength after
curing are 8.66 MPa and 8.81 MPa.
