This study aims to analyze the influence of pedagogic competence and work discipline on the performance of teachers in SMP Negeri 3 Wates Kulon Progo Regency. The information obtained in this study is useful for the school so that the ability of teachers in teaching to be attention and increase awareness of discipline work. Subjects in this study were teachers of SMP Negeri 3 Wates Kulon Progo. This research uses a quantitative method. The data source that diguanakan the primary data. Data processed using SPSS 21. Population in this research is all teachers who teach at SMP Negeri 3 Wates Kulon Progo. The variables studied in this study include Pedagogic Competence, Work Discipline, and Employee Performance. Based on the results of the analysis obtained results that: 1) Pedagogic Competence has a positive and significant impact on Performance. 2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant impact on Performance.
