PENGARUH STRES KERJA DAN WORK FAMILY CONFLICT TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Job stress and work-family confict to turnover intention with job satisfaction as intervening variable at PT Dan Liris Garment Division. The information obtained in this study is useful for the company as a material consideration to retain employees in order to survive and loyal to the company. Subjects in this study were female employees of PT Dan Liris Garment Division.
Sampling technique in this research use purposive sampling method, by using questioner and got 155 responden. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 22 program as its analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that Job Stress has positive and significant influence on Turnover Intention, Work Family Conflict has positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Job Stress has negative and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Family Conflict has negative and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Job Stress effect on Turnover Intention through mediation Job Satisfaction, Work Family Conflict effect on Turnover Intention through mediation Job Satisfaction.
