PENGELOLAAN MEDIA ONLINE (MEDIA WEBSITE DAN MEDIA SOSIAL) DALAM PENYEBARAN INFORMASI DAN PROMOSI KEPARIWISATAAN DINAS PARIWISATA KOTA SOLO TAHUN 2017
Abstract
Today in the era of cutting-edge technological advancement, information becomes very easy and mobilizing a wide array of sources and forms of delivery, one of the most often used in the era of globalization and new media. Tourism Office of the city of Solo was awarded from the Ministry of tourism as the city with the best Tourism Governance in the year 2016.Tourism Office of any Solo using Online media as one of the media's dissemination of information and the promotion of tourism and at the end of the year 2017 nominated for The Best Tourism Website. This research aims to know the process of managing online media Tourism Office of the city of Solo in the dissemination of information and the promotion of tourism. The research method used is descriptive, qualitative data collection techniques are performed with in-depth interview techniques to three people from the Tourism Office of the city of Solo authority in the management of online media and documentation. For the process steps used in the data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, data validity of the conclusion and withdrawal. The results of this research show that the Tourism Office of the city of Solo in conducting the management of Online media in the dissemination of information and promotion of tourism in accordance with the vision, mission and basic tasks and functions in accordance Perwali No. 27-c 2016, but in implementation many of innovation-innovation is done considering the very rapid technological developments, also there are still deficiencies in the implementation of the related daily updating content is information that is not on a daily basis, which is the suggestion
