PENGARUH KEPEMILIKAN MANJERIAL, KEPEMILIKAN INSTITUSIONAL, KEPEMILIKAN ASING, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, DAN PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of managerial ownership,
institutional ownership, foreign ownership, firm size, and profitability to dividend
policy on manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange period
2013-2016. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling, which
means sampling with predetermined criteria. The sample in this research are 27
manufacturing companies
Based on the results of the research that has been done shows that
managerial ownership, institutional ownership, foreign ownership and company
size have no significant effect on dividend policy. While profitability has a
significant influence on dividend policy.
