This study aims to analyze the influence of culture of the organization and motivation of the performance of employees. A subject used in this research wa Muhammadiyah University Yogyakarta. Inthis research using sample from 100 responden that is permanent workers on suporting unit Muhammadiyah University Ygoyakarta. The analysis used is SPSS. The methode of analysis used is the quantitative analysis. The analysis wich includes : the validity and reliability, the analysis classical and linear regression multipel, testing hypothesis throught the t, the determination and the F. The result of this research suggest that cultures organization and motivation influential positive and significant to employe performance, both simultaneously and partial.
