| dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pengendalian kualitas produksi di PT Mandiri Jogja Internasional dengan menggunakan metode stratistik dan mengidentifikasi faktor faktor penyebab kerusakan pada proses produksi. Sample penelitian ini adalah tas kulit yang di ambil selama dua bulan produksi. Jenis data yang di gunakan adalah data primer yang di dapat langsung dari PT Mandiri Jogja Internasional dan data sekunder yang di peroleh dari hasil wawancara dan dan dokumentasi.
Teknik dalam penelitian menggunakan metode SPC (statistical process control) yang di olah dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Hasil analisis menunjukan peta kendali p terdapat terdapat satu titik yang melewati patas kendali atas pada bulan maret dan pada peta kendali c ditemukan satu titik yang melewati batas kendali atas yaitu pada bulan April. penyebab utama kualitas melewati batas kendali adalah faktor manusianya. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to analyze the implementation of production quality control in PT Mandiri Jogja International by using stratistik method and identify factors causing factors of damage to the production process. The sample of this study is a leather bag that was taken during two months of production. The type of data in use is the primary data that can be directly from PT Mandiri Jogja International and secondary data obtained from interviews and and documentation.
Techniques in research using the SPC (statistical process control) method in though by using Microsoft Excel. The analysis results show the control p chart there is one point that passes the upper control patas in March and on the control c chart is found one point that passes the upper control limit that is in April. the main cause of quality over control limits is its human factor. | en_US |
