This research is basically done to find out how the application of green supply chain management. The object of this research is PT. Madubaru PG-PS Madukismo Yogyakarta. This research uses purposive sampling method. Data analysis was carried out using content analysis and descriptive analysis. PT. Madubaru is a manufacturing company engaged in the processing of sugarcane, which has two factories, namely Sugar Factory and Spirtus Factory. Activities from PT. Mabubaru can have an impact on the environment and social life around the company such as pollution, production waste and discrimination. Every year, the business unit of PT.Madubaru develops their business plan based on production, contract services, using the supply of materials from suppliers to meet consumer needs. The issue of environmental sustainability has become the most complicated issue facing living things. The biggest environmental impact of a sugar is produced by the manufacturing process, distribution and end use by consumers.
