      Abstract
      Hypertension is an increase in systolic blood pressure reaching ≥ 140 mm / Hg or diastolic blood pressure ≥90 mm / Hg. Prevalence of hypertension at the age of 15-17 years obtained national prevalence reached 5.3 percent. The purpose of this study was to identify the Hypertension Risk Factors that Can Be Changed In Students Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. This research uses cross sectional method by filling questionnaire of 6 questionnaires. The sampling technique used accidental sampling which amounted to 96 respondents from three study programs at Faculty of Economics and Business UMY. Data analysis used is frequency distribution. The results showed that percentage of hypertension risk factors that can be changed in the students of Faculty of Law University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta which is categorized risk based on sub variable of hypertension risk factor include obesity 1%, smoking habit 18,8%, alcohol consumption 5,2%, stress 76 %, coffee consumption 45,8%, high salt food consumption 71,9% and sport habit 83,3%. Respondents in this study dominated women and aged majority 19 years. The majority of respondents have hypertension risk factors that can be changed in sub-variable stress, high consumption of salt foods and exercise habits
