      Abstract
Background constructive feedback is an effort to increase knowledge and skills so that instructors can find out how to provide constructive feedback. Constructive feedback of simulation methods needs to be given to students in order that they are motivated to increase their knowledge and skill. The purpose of this research is to find out the improvement of knowledge and skills. Methods used in this study is quasi experiment using pretest and posttest with control group. Total respondents used in this study are 77 respondents with 40 students of intervention group and 37 students of control group using purposive sampling technique. in the intervention group given constructive feedback on groups that were given conventionally. The results of the study using a paired sample ttest showed that there was a significant influence on the intervention group given constructive feedback and the control group was given conventional input with the p-value results in the intervention group given constructive feedback to the groups given consistently ≤0.05 feedback with p-value ≤ 0.05 compared to the control group that was conventionally input with a p-value ≥ 0.05. The conclusion of giving constructive feedback can increase student knowledge and skills. Keywords: simulation methods, constructive feedback, knowledge and skill
