PENGARUH RELAKSASI NAFAS DALAM DAN TERAPI MUROTTAL SURAT AR-ROHMAN TERHADAP KECEMASAN PASIEN JANTUNG KORONER
Abstract
Background: Coronary heart disease can appear anxiety that affects the
increasing risk of severity. Nonpharmacologic therapy such as murrotal of
Ar Rahman’s verse and inhaled breath therapy are needed to reduce anxiety
of heart patients naturally that do not put a burden on organs. The purpose
of this study is to analyze the effect of inhaled breath therapy and murrotal of
Ar Rahman's verse on anxiety of coronary heart patients.
Method: The research method used Quasy Experimental with pre-test and
post-test with control group design. 36 respondents as sample with purposive
sampling technique (18 intervention and 18 control with random sampling)
were given respiration intervention and murrotal. Data were collected with a
HARS questionnaire.
Results: Statistical results with Wilcoxon can be revealed that there are
significant differences in cardiac anxiety between intervention group and
control group, it oscured before and after the intervention and also there are
significant differences in anxiety of coronary heart patients between the
intervention group and control group after the intervention. The results of
each value is 0.000.
Conclusion: There is the effect of deep breath therapy and Ar-Rahman's
murrotal therapy toward anxiety of coronary heart patients. It is expected
that the nursing service in order to perform such that therapy and the patient
is expected to carry out the therapy so it can reduce anxiety.
