Abstract
Risk is an event that has chances to influence a project negatively as a consequence of uncertainty. Risk is related to likelihood or probability occurrence of unexpected events. The implementation of concrete bridge construction in general has many risks, one of them is delay in work. This research aims to identify and assess risk factors which can cause delay and also identify works that have the highest risk of delay in project implementation. Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and interview were done to identify events and impacts on each works which then processed by using the approach of risk = event × impact and then plotted on risk matrix. The result showed that the work with the highest risk of delay is the soil work with the average risk value of 9.71 which is followed by drainage work with the average risk value of 7.00.
