| dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahu dinamika pola asuh single parent cerai hidup dengan dinamika pola asuh sungle parent cerai mati; (2) mengidentifikasi perbedaan pola asuh single parent cerai hidup dengan pola asuh sungle parent cerai mati; (3) mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi dinamika pola asuh single parent cerai hidup dengan dinamika pola asuh single parent cerai mati.
Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan etnografi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data, klasifikasi data, reduksi data, dan kesimpulan sementara.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) dinamika pola asuh yang diterapkan oleh single parent cerai hidup dengan single parent cerai mati memiliki gaya masing-masing. Single parent cerai hidup menerapkan pola asuh demokratis dengan metode keteladanan dan metode pembiasaan. Sementara single parent cerai mati menerapkan pola suh permissive (2) terdapat perbedaan dinamika pola asuh single parent cerai hidup dengan pola asuh single parent cerai mati. Melalui metode pembiasaan dan keteladanan single parent cerai hidup menghadapi segala permasalahan hidup, mereka erharap kegagalan yang telah terjadi pada orang tuanya tidak akan dialami oleh anaknya. Sementara single parent cerai mati mengasuh anaknya dengan permissive karena terdorong rasa sayang yang berlebih dan takut akan kehilangan lagi maka orang tua selalu erusaha membahagiakan anak dengan cara memenuhi segala keinginan anak. Cara tersebut akhirnya menjadikan anak bersikap manja dan bersikap semaunya. (3) faktor yang mempengaruhi dinamika pola asuh single parent cerai hidup dengan pola asuh single parent cerai mati adalah: (a) faktor ekonomi, (b) faktor pendidikan orang tua, (c) faktor lingkungan masyarakat, (d) faktor karakteristik anak, (e) faktor waktu dan komunikasi.

| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to : (1) find out the dynamics of single parents due to divorce parenting style with the dynamics of single parent due to death parenting style; (2) identify the style differences of single parent due to divorce parenting style with single parent due to death parenting style; (3)find out the factors that influence the dynamics of single parent due to divorce parenting style with the dynamics of single parent due to death parenting style.
In this study, research used qualitative descriptive research with an ethnographic approach. Data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis used the data collection techniques, data classification, data reduction, data triangulation and temporary conclusions.
The results of the study are (1) the dynamics of single parent due to divorce parenting style with the dynamics of single parent due to death parenting style have their own styles. Single parent due to death divorce applies democratic style with method of exemplary and method of habituation. While single parent due to death applies permissive parenting. (2) There are differences in the dynamics of single parent due to divorce parenting style with the dynamics of single parent due to death parenting style. Through method of exemplary and method of habituation, single parents due to divorce nurture their children to become more independent and mature in facing all the problems of life. They hope that the failures that have occurred in their parents will not be experienced by their children. While single parents due to death nurture their children in a permissive way because they are driven by excessive love and fear of losing again so that parents always try to make their children happy by fulfilling their desires. This method finally makes children be spoiled and behaves as they wish.
