This study aims to analyze the influence of Principal Leadership School Climate Motivation Work against Teachers Performance. Subjects in this study were all teachers of Islamic Junior High School Al-Azhar 5 Cirebon. By using the 30 respondents as the samples and using the method of data analysis techniques multiple regression, this study assisted by the computer using SPSS program version 21. Based on the analysis has been done, the results obtained that the leadership of the principal has a positive effect on teachers performance, school climate has a positive effect on teachers performance, and work motivation has a positive effect on teachers performance through mediation of teacher attachment to teachers of Islamic Junior High School Al-Azhar 5 cirebon.
