This study aims to determine whether there is influence Trust, Commitment and Information Technology on Supply Chain Performance studies on SMEs Kasongan Grass Yogyakarta. This research uses quantitative method by using descriptive research and causal research. Data from the four variables were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) in SmartPLS Software 3. The number of samples used in this study were 75 respondents. The results of this study indicate that trust has a significant influence on supply chain performance, trust has a significant effect on commitment with, the commitment variable has no significant effect on supply chain performance, the variables of the information technology have significant influence, and the trust has no significant effect on supply chain performance mediated by commitment variables
