      Abstract
      This research entitled "Organizational Culture, Moativation and Remuneration to Performance through Organizational Commitment study on Study at Office of Ministry of Research and Technology of Higher Education of Yogyakarta have problem formulation which is owned is whether Organizational Commitment influence Organizational Culture, Motivation and Remuneration have an effect on to Performance Kaaryawan existing in Office KOPERTIS REGION V Yogyakarta. The purpose of this research is to recognize Organizational Commitment as mediation between Organizational Culture, Motivation and Remuneration to Performance. This research uses a quantitative method. The data source that diguanakan the primary and secondary data. Data processed using SPSS 21. Population in this research is all employees who have received remuneration only in Office KOPERTIS REGION V Yogyakarta. Variables examined in this study include Organizational Culture, Moativasi, Remuneration, Organizational Commitment and Performance. Based on the results of the analysis obtained results that: 1) Organizational Culture significant effect on Organizational Commitment. 2) Motivation has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment. 3) Remuneration has significant effect on Organizational Commitment. 4) Organizational culture has a significant effect on Performance. 5) Motivation has a significant effect on Performance. 6) Remuneration has significant effect on Performance 7) Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Performance.
