This study is aims to analyze the influence of Economic Growth, Unemployment, Human Development Index (HDI), Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) per capita, Domestic Investment (DI), and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) against income inequality in the Indonesia period 2010-2016. This research used quantitative using secondary data and panel data be taken according by thirty one provinces in Indonesia. The analysis methods was used in this research are using panel data analysis methods with random effect model (REM). The reseult of the panel data model analysis showed that indepedent variable economic growth, unemployment positive and significant effect to income inequality, and then variable Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) per capita, Domestic Investment (DI), and Foreign Direct Inestment (FDI) negative and significant effect to income inequality in Indonesia period 2010-2016. While varible Human Developmet Index (HDI) has no effect to income inequality in Indonesia period 2010-2016.
