PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN PEMBERIAN INSENTIF TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and incentives on employee performance of PT Adira Finance Wonosari Branch Office.
This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The population used in this research is all employees of PT Adira Finance Wonosari Branch Office amounting to 40 respondents. Sampling technique total sampling method of data collection by using questionnaire. Data analysis using Statistical Pakage For The Social Sciences (SPSS) as an analytical tool in this research.
The results of this study show that: 1) variable discipline of work have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. 2) incentive variable giving positive and significant influence to employee performance.
