The purpose of this study is to determine the the influance of profitability, leverage, and dividend policy to firm value. Emperical Study on Manufactur Company Listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia Period 2011-2016. Sampel selection by using purposive sampling. And data use in this study to 276 with 63 companies. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression with Eviews 7. The results of analysis Profitability has a significant positive on Firm Value, Leverage has a significant positive on Firm Value, and Dividend Policy has a significant negative on Firm Value.
