PENGARUH STRESS KERJA DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI DINAS PEKERJAAN UMUM, PERUMAHAN DAN ENERGI SUMBER DAYA MINERAL (Bidang ESDM) DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress and leardership to employees performance in The Department of General Work, Housing, and Energy of Mineral Resources (EMR sector) Special Region of Yogyakarta which located in Jl. Bumijo No.5, Bumijo, Jetis, Kota Yogyakarta, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta 55231. The subject in this study was the all the employees in the EMR department which amount 35 respondents. Analysis tool used in this study is the the Multiple Linier Regression.
Based on the analysis that have been made the results, the work stress (X1) has a negative effect and significant to the employees performance. And the leadership (X2) has a positive and significant to the employees performance (Y).
