PENGARUH WORD OF MOUTH, LOKASI, KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN PERSEPSI HARGA TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMAKAIAN JASA PENGIRIMAN
Abstract
This study to ablaze the influence word of mouth, location, service quality and price perceptions to decisions the use of service JNE Yogyakartain. this study the sample was 100 respondents selected using purposive smpling method and data collection technique by using quetioners. The analysis tool used is Multiple Linier Regression Analysis using SPSS 22 application.
Based on the analysis that has been done obtained that the word of mouth, service quality and price perception have a positive and significant on decisions the use of service. While he location has not impact on service use decisions.
