| dc.description | Skripsi ini membahas strategi pemerintah Indonesia
yang menggunakan gastrodiplomasi sebagai jembatan
terjalinnya hubungan yang harmonis dengan Australia (2004-
2014). Hubungan Indonesia dengan Australia telah terjalin
sejak tahun 1945 dengan grafik naik turun. Dengan metode
penelitian kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif.
Sedangkan untuk teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan
Library Research. Kerangka berpikir penilitian ini
menggunakan konsep gastrodiplomasi dan teori
fungsionalisme. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
gastrodiplomasi bisa menciptakan hubungan yang baik untuk
Indonesia dan Australia. Gastrodiplomasi yang dilakukan
seperti mengadakan festival kuliner, adanya restoran khas
Indonesia di Australia dan beberapa produk makanan. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis discusses the Indonesian government's
strategy to use gastrodiplomacy as a bridge to establish
harmonious relations with Australia (2004-2014).
Indonesia's relations with Australia have been
established since 1945 with a graph of ups and downs.
With qualitative research methods that produce
descriptive data. While for data collection techniques
using Library Research. This thinking framework uses
the concept of gastrodiplomacy and functionalism theory.
The results show that gastrodiplomacy can create good
relationships for Indonesia and Australia.
Gastrodiplomacy is carried out such as holding culinary
festivals, the existence of typical Indonesian restaurants
