PENGARUH STRES KERJA TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the affect of job stress on turnover intention with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The subject of this study were the houskeeper employees at Rydges World Square Hotel in Sydney Australia. In this study, samples of 35 people were selected using saturation method. The analytical tool used is path analysis.
Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, the results show that job stress has a significant effect on turnover intention with a significance value of 0,000 and β value of 0,610. Then job stress does not have a significant effect on organizational commitment with significance value of 0,458 and β value of 0,130. Organizational comitmment has a significant effect on turnover intention with significance value of 0,017 and β value of 0,402. Organizational does not mediate the effect of job stress on turnover intention.
