Abstract
This research aims to analayze the influence of job satisfaction to the
turnover intention with the organizational commitment as an intervening variabel

sample used 110 respondents. Analysis techniques used for this test is the Path
Analysis by using IBM SPSS 25.
Based on the analysis that have been made the results the influence of job
satifaction to turnover intention were negative and significant, Job satisfaction to
te organisational commitment were positive and significant, organisational
commitment to turnover intention were negative and significant. effect on job
satisfaction and turnover intention through the mediation of organizational
