PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, KOMPENSASI KERJA, DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU TIDAK TETAP
Abstract
This research have objectives to analyze the influence of work
environment, work compensation, and work motivation regarding the
performance of temporary teachers in Wonosobo sub-district. The information
which gained from this research used by school to giving more attention on
teaching capabilities and able to improve teachers abilities. Population in this
research were counted 154 state elementary school temporary teachers in
Wonosobo sub-district. The sample in this research are all state elementary
school temporary teachers in Wonosobo sub-district
The method in this research is quantitative. The method to gathering the
data is by questionnaires. The data manage through SPSS 21. The variables in
this research are work environment, work compensation, and work motivation as
independent variables, as well as the temporary teachers performance of as the
dependent variable.
Based on analyzing which done in this research the result are 1) The work
environment have positive influence on the performances, 2) The work
compensation have positive influence on the performances, 3) The work
motivation have positive influence on the performance.
