The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work invironment and work satisfaction on work productivity of employee in PT. Madubaru PG/PS Madukismo Yogyakarta. The sample in this study is that permanent employee PT. Madubaru PG/PS Madukismo Yogyakarta by distributing questionnaires of 54 respondents. Sampling using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling type. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis and using validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, F test, adjusted R² and t test. Results of multiple linear regression analysis shows that the work environment and work satisfaction simultaneously significantly affect the work productivity of the employee, work environment significant positive effect on work productivity of the employee, and work satisfaction significant positive effect on work productivity of the employee. The work satisfaction is the most dominant variable effect on work productivity of the employee. The results of this study indicate that all hypotheses are accepted.
