PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN TRANSAKSIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA INDIVIDU DALAM KELOMPOK DENGAN GROUP ENGAGEMENT SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
Abstract
This research aims at analyze the influence of Transformational and Transactional Leadership both partially and simultaneously on Individual Performance in Groups with the Engagement Group as an intervening variable at the Puskesmas Kecamatan Baraka. This study is a population research with a total of 107 employees.
Data analysis uses two-stage path analysis with the help of SPSS 15.0 program. The results of this study indicate that transformational and transactional leadership has a significant positive effect on the Engagament Group. Then transformational leadership, transactional leadership and the Engagament Group have a significant positive effect on Individual Performance in Groups.
