PENGARUH ETIKA KERJA ISLAM TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Islamic work ethics on organizational commitment, and analyze the effect of mediating job satisfaction on the influence of Islamic work ethics on organizational commitment. This research was conducted at the DIY Syariah BPD Bank with a population of 62 employees. The method of collecting data uses a questionnaire that is distributed to all employees who work at Bank Syariah DIY BPD. The analytical tool in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0.
The results of this study indicate that Islamic work ethics have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and organizational commitment with each t value of statistics amounting to 2,539 and 2,465 and p value of 0.011 and 0.014. While job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment with a t value of 6,095 and p value 0,000. In this study job satisfaction can mediate the influence of Islamic work ethics on organizational commitment with a t-value of 2,045 and p value 0,041.
