PENGARUH STRES KERJA TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA KJ HOTEL YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
This study aims to examine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between job stress and turnover intention on KJ Hotel Yogyakarta. Turnover intention is a factor of the desire of employees to leave the company experienced by KJ Hotel Yogyakarta employees. Turnover intention needs to be considered by the company to reduce the level of work stress and increase employee job satisfaction within the company.
The sample technique in this study used the population and collected 39 respondents. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is in the form of simple regression, multiple regression, and path analysis. The results show that job stress has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, work stress has a positive effect on turnover intention, and job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between work stress and turnover intention.
