      Abstract
      Background: One of the nursing diagnosis in patients fracture is impaired mobility physically or physical limitations on the movement of the body independently that causes patients can not meet their needs independently, so the nurses have a responsibility to help fulfillment the of the patients needs including the needs of Daily Living Activity. The aimed of the study is to knew the overview of nursing intervention in fulfillment of Daily Living Activity in fracture patients at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital of Gamping. Methods: This study is a descriptive study with cross sectional study design. Samples in this study as much as 55 patients with extremity fractures were hospitalized at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospitalof Gamping, and using accidental sampling technique. Instruments in this study using questionnaires "Questionnaire Sheet Measures in Fulfillment ADL Nursing Patient Fracture" made by researcher and has been tested for validity and reliability. Analysis of the data in this study using descriptive analysis to knowing the distribution, frequency and percentage of variable. Results: The results showed 14 respondents (25.5%) stated that the nursing interventions in fulfillment of Daily Living Activity is less, 37 respondents (67.3%) stated quite nursing interventions and 4 respondents (7.3%) stated that nursing interventions is good. Conclusion: The overview of nursing interventions in fulfillment of Daily Living Activity fracture patients at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital of Gamping in the enough category. Nurses are expected to provide more nursing interventions to meet the needs of daily living activity fracture patients and next researchers could do similar research with patient respondents who had other nursing diagnosis
